SITE SETOUT
Using high-accuracy Leica Total Stations, we can transfer/mark-out your CAD designs to the real world, using established workflows with strict checking procedures.
SITE CONTROL
Skilltran specialises in transferring external control into the most difficult job sites. From there we can mark out the projects grid-lines and datums.
AS BUILT SURVEYS
We can produce as-built or as-constructed surveys for project completion records or as a baseline to start with in residential and commercial design and fabrication.

DEFORMATION MONITORING



STRUCTURAL DEFORMATION
At Skilltran we can provide deformation monitoring solutions for rail, bridge, building, embankment and retaining walls.
SURFACE MONITORING
Surface subsidence surveys are often required for large demolition projects due to large displacements of mass which may cause the surrounding area to rise or fall. Using precise digital levels, we can monitor any height movement to an accuracy of 0.2 mm.
CRACK MONITORING
During construction and demolition, cracks may appear on adjacent party walls. We can install and monitor tell tales on any cracks that may appear on site.
LASER SCANNING
REVERSE ENGINEERING & FABRICATION

ARCHAEOLOGY / HERITAGE SURVEYS
Used in a heritage environment, 3D Laser scanning can be used to accurately capture a detailed dataset in a non-invasive or damaging way. This can then be used to produce 2D deliverables (plans, sections, elevations and topographic surveys), as well as RGB (colour) point clouds, animations and fly-throughs.
