GPS Surveys

Utilising the Latest Dual frequency Receivers and software we are able to provide Survey Control based upon the Ordnance Survey Active GPS Network, in GPS ETRS89 and OSGB36(02) Co-Ordinates. These systems also allow us to undertake Land and Topographical Surveys or detailed setting out covering large areas, in a fast, accurate and reliable manner.

Land and Topographic Surveys 

From a small town garden to a 70 acre site, an open field to a city centre.With our range of modern surveying equipment and techniques we are able to provide mapping at any scale, producing 2D & 3D plans along with Digital Ground Models.

Measured Building Surveys

Using the latest Reflectorless technology coupled to modern palm top computers we are able to produce accurate and detailed floorplans, building facades and sections for all types of properties from historical buildings with ornate architectural detail to modern purpose built industrial units.

Dimensional Control

All construction projects, large or small require some form of dimensional control, whether it is a couple of Survey Control points and a site level datum or a large scale fully adjusted network of Control points with site grid set out on multiple floors of multiple buildings.

All of our survey crews have considerable experience in setting up and maintaining dimensional control on large construction projects such as those undertaken at Heathrow Airport, BP Amoco and the Royal Opera House. (See our list of previous projects for more examples)
